ORBIS Corporation Mold Change Technician Night Shift in Georgetown, Kentucky
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
Perform changeovers and set ups of molds and machines pertaining to mold and version changes.
Improve machine efficiency through uptime and optimization.
Complete required trainings: Paulson, Systematic I, EAM, and crane. Assist Process Techs and Maintenance in troubleshooting issues pertaining to mold and press functions.
Install dies on machines according to specifications (i.e., layouts, STW, BOMs).
Education:
Required - High school diploma
Desired - 2 year Technical degree or diploma
Experience:
Required
2-5 years of experience in a technical or related field, including automation, machine processing, and mold set up
Desired
2 years of manufacturing experience
Experience in ORBIS production systems, including the material handling and production operator positions
This position works 7p-7a on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule
