Our Finance and Controllin g department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to join the team!
What you will do as a Internship Accounting:
Assist in organizing and maintaining documents, invoices, and records in chronological and alphabetical order;
Support SAP transactions for invoice approval, including electronic signature (Esigns) coordination;
Contribute to the transfer of archived documents to an external repository (SDA);
Assist in preparing and sending documents to ANAF or suppliers as required;
Responsible for purchasing offices materials.
What you will need to succeed:
On going University degree in the field of: Finance/ Business Administration;
Able to work a 6 or 8 hour program;
English knowledge – advanced (written and spoken);
MS Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
