West Sound Workforce is seeking a custodian to work with Metagenics, a nutritional products manufacturer located in Gig Harbor.

As a custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the manufacturing floor, warehouse areas, and office spaces within their beautiful campus.

 

This position will report to the Facilities Manager and will play a key role in supporting high standards for health and safety. We are looking for a proactive individual with good time management skills and an eye for the little details who takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment.

 

Shift Information:

  • Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p

What you will do:

  • Clean and maintain restrooms and locker rooms using a variety of equipment and cleansers
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dispose of trash and empty receptacles
  • Maintain building exterior by picking up debris, washing windows, and sweeping

What we are looking for:

  • Professional cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
  • Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • physical stamina to perform the work
