PLAINS AG LLC Regional General Manager in GLASGOW, Montana
Plains Ag/Border Plains Equipment, an employee-owned, certi?ed Case IH dealer, is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Regional General Manager. The selected candidate will provide overall direction for the companys region (Stanley ND, Williston ND, Glasgow MT and Scobey MT) in ways that assure its on-going stability and growth. This candidate will e?ectively manage and develop both store and department leaders and to ensure they are e?ective at doing the same with all other region employees in ways that contribute to both high performance and satisfaction.

- Thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to anticipate issues and respond proactively with solutions
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
- Bachelors Degree in Business/Management or equivalent work experience
