BAYADA Home Health Care Clinical Manager in Glendale, Arizona
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to become our next Clinical Manager in our Medicare certified home health office in Glendale, AZ servicing the Greater Phoenix area. As one of the Clinical Managers, you will lead the field staff in providing exceptional client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures. Clinical Managers are also accountable for internal case management, field staff evaluation and development.
Duties of a Clinical Manager include:
Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
Processing incoming referrals.
Management, supervision, and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff.
Facilitate new hire orientation and training of field staff.
Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base
Monitoring quality assurance and perform audits.
Managing staff productivity, and overall case management.
Visiting clients as necessary.
Qualifications:
An active Registered Nurse license.
At least 2 years of nursing experience.
Acute, med/surge and/or sub-acute experience highly desired.
Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience a plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation.
Understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
HCHB a plus.
Strong people management and leadership experience a plus.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
