Actalent Engineer Technician in Glendora, California
Description
•Troubleshoot production equipment and process problems • Perform IQ, OQ, and PQ studies of new equipment, tooling, and analyses and statistical comparisons of processes to contribute to technical and product innovation • Develop and document product manufacturing methods and processes • Perform recurring validations of equipment, tooling, processes, and products • Train production staff in new or revised manufacturing processes and methods • Support maintenance and repair of production equipment, fixtures, and tooling • Create, revise, and review material and product specifications and manufacturing documentation • Serve as technical resource for vendor and material selection and evaluation • Support Quality Assurance staff in developing improved inspection methods and equipment
