Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for comparing contracts and drawings to identify discrepancies and incomplete information. You will ensure that the engineering work order (golden document) is maintained and updated in myProject. Additionally, you will process change orders and maintain customer satisfaction while protecting the bottom line for all projects.
Hard Skills
5-6 years of Pre-engineered Metal Building Experience from a manufacturer
Experience in Project Management, Estimation, Design, or Sales within the pre-engineered metal building industry
High proficiency in utilizing technology and Bluebeam
Soft Skills
Ability to maintain customer satisfaction
Skill in protecting financial positions of projects
Client Relationship building abilities
Job Type
This is a W2 Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s) before fully transitioning to the client.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Grand Island, Lincoln Or Kearney- Nebraska.
Work Environment
The position offers the flexibility to be based in any of our office locations in Lincoln NE, Grand Island Nebraska, Lexington Nebraska, Rensselaer, IN, or Kearny NE. Relocation assistance is available. The work environment features open areas, cubicles, and desk hotels with accommodations for any ergonomic needs.
