Actalent Circuit Design Engineer in Grand Prairie, Texas
Job Title: Circuit Design EngineerJob Description
This role is crucial to our team, as the successful candidate will be responsible for packaging design and negotiating interfaces and connectors requirements with the program IPT structure and with external suppliers. You will provide guidance in determining the appropriate actions needed to support customer needs and contract requirements for packaging and design for compliance to manufacturing standards. You will be expected to learn the launcher system and understand its interaction with the missile and test equipment. Your responsibilities will also include working within the Electrical Engineering team and cross-functional teams to effectively address integration and interface challenges faced during production. You will evaluate, troubleshoot, and provide technical direction for failure investigations. The role requires a self-motivated, team-oriented individual capable of working with minimal direction and willing to interface with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Grand Prairie, Texas and some days remote.
Work Environment
This is a long-term contract position with a hybrid work environment. Candidates must have a SECRET security clearance or be able to obtain one. Preference will be given to someone who has held a clearance previously to avoid delay in access.
