Business professional who is energetic, customer-focused, and well organized to help support the day-to-day management of a $4M rotable pool. This includes but is not limited to assisting in the procurement, sale and exchange of highly valued aerospace components supporting Triumph Accessory Services – Grand Prairie’s (TAS-GP) service offering to tier-1 customers across the world. The position requires a focus on efficiency, time management and coordinating schedules. This role requires daily communication with customer/suppliers and desire to participate in networking events with other professionals.

§ Support Rotable Trading Manager in acquisition of rotable materials, repair manage, sell and/or exchange rotable assets

§ Booking sales orders, exchange orders and tracking purchase orders

§ Finding solutions for our customers as needs arise and coordinate resources effectively and in a timely manner

§ Handles daily customer RFQs from the ILS, Parts Base, 145.com, OneAero, etc.

§ Maintains up to date and accurate sales records and keep data updated in ERP system.

§ Helps create marketing materials, attend, and participate in networking events, own customer activities from order to final delivery

§ Interfaces with Triumph Inc’s corporate sales team to provide technical assistance and promotion of the product/service offerings

§ Analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements and promotes consideration of company products and services to fill such requirements

§ Understand traceability requirements and FAA regulations as they relate to surplus, new, new surplus, and overhauled parts

§ Internal communication to coordinate the movements of any and all open orders across various departments

§ Maintain paperwork files and electronic files efficiently

§ Assist with tracking and ordering inventory

§ Run reports essential to business operations

§ Maintain confidential office files

§ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

§ Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening.

§ Demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.

§ Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

§ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

§ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.

§ Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.

§ Manage multiple priorities seamlessly.

§ Stellar time management skills

§ Proven background in customer service

§ Possess sales ability to close small/medium transactions.

§ Social media experience a plus
