Job Description:
We’re looking for highly motivated and talented Project Coordinator whose primary accountability is to support productive operations within the Special Projects Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Set-up projects, update project resource schedules / assignments and update team calendars
Coordinate with Service Dispatch to update daily individual assignments
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers / subcontractors for supporting documentation
Manage open supplier purchase orders, receiving and AP invoice matching
Support equipment tracking with Project Managers
Monitor work order tracking, aging and completion and by Project Manager
Facilitate financial analysis / profitability reporting by project or quoted job
Assist other administrative activities with supplier / subcontractor invoices and related purchase orders, track supporting documentation, and change orders
Skills:
Must be highly organized and self-driven.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively at all organizational levels and across functional areas.
Must be quality oriented to provide the highest level of service to customers and subcontractors / suppliers.
Must be able to exercise sound judgment and utilize strong analytical skills.
Must possess excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a team player to support Special Projects team and various activities
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Excellent typing and 10-key skills.
Experience:
Construction or Service Experience: 4 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Microsoft Word: 2 years (Preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
Outlook: 2 years (Preferred)
