Job Description:

We’re looking for highly motivated and talented Project Coordinator whose primary accountability is to support productive operations within the Special Projects Team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Set-up projects, update project resource schedules / assignments and update team calendars

  • Coordinate with Service Dispatch to update daily individual assignments

  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers / subcontractors for supporting documentation

  • Manage open supplier purchase orders, receiving and AP invoice matching

  • Support equipment tracking with Project Managers

  • Monitor work order tracking, aging and completion and by Project Manager

  • Facilitate financial analysis / profitability reporting by project or quoted job

  • Assist other administrative activities with supplier / subcontractor invoices and related purchase orders, track supporting documentation, and change orders

    Skills:

  • Must be highly organized and self-driven.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively at all organizational levels and across functional areas.

  • Must be quality oriented to provide the highest level of service to customers and subcontractors / suppliers.

  • Must be able to exercise sound judgment and utilize strong analytical skills.

  • Must possess excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be a team player to support Special Projects team and various activities

  • Must be proficient in MS Office.

  • Excellent typing and 10-key skills.

    Experience:

  • Construction or Service Experience: 4 years (Preferred)

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Word: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Outlook: 2 years (Preferred)
