Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Specialist, Business Intelligence that will support Sales & Marketing activities to include but not limited to:

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible to develop, maintain, and improve reporting to allow effective management of the avionics business including requests from the executive leadership team, sales, operations, business development.

  • Complete analysis and validation of weekly short term revenue forecast, long term forecast and yearly planning cycle.

  • Support monthly demand planning forecasting for numerous stakeholders while ensuring forecast accuracy.

  • Coordinate with cross functional groups to capture customer information and turn it into data driven insights.

  • Maintain detailed forecasting data and master data to support reporting tools.

  • Work with IT stakeholders to improve data access and improve processes.

  • Support the development of the annual pricing catalog and its process.

  • Support the capture of strategic sales pursuits through customer and proposal activity.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science or must possess equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience.

  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required. The ideal candidate would have experience writing SQL queries, SSRS reports, and SSIS packages.

  • Exceptional organizational/project management skills.

  • Experience with or aptitude for analyzing business processes and developing and implementing solutions.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.

  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience with regression analysis and strong statistics background.
