GREENFIELD - DIRECT HIRE - Process Engineer Job Description Our client located in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for 2 Process Engineers (I and III) to join their team! Your qualifications for the Process Engineer position are as follows: Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, advanced degree preferred for Process Engineer III 1-3 years engineering experience for Process Engineer I, 5+ years? experience for Process Engineer III For Process Engineer I Basic understanding of APQP tools including FMEA, control plans & process flow For Process Engineer III, Solid understanding of APQP tools including FMEA, control plans & process flow For Process Engineer I, Basic understanding of Lean, six sigma, and statistical process control For Process Engineer III, Demonstrated solid understanding of Lean, six sigma, and statistical process control Strong computer/technology skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Good technical writing skills Ability to work in a team environment to solve problems Benefits you will receive as the Process Engineer: Direct Hire position Full time schedule Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Process Engineer I: \$62k-\$90k/year depending on skills and experience Process Engineer III: \$83k- \$120k/year depending on skills and experience Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability insurance Flex Spending/Health Savings accounts 401k with company match Employee Assistance Program Holidays and paid time off For the Process Engineer your duties will include: Collaborate with others for new product development Process Engineer III - Lead new product launch Identify opportunities for product improvement Implement improvements to achieve optimum performance, design, quality, cost Provide technical support to operations Work with suppliers to ensure equipment viability Communicate with customers regarding products Perform root cause analysis to identify and correct issues Other duties as needed Are you an experienced engineer looking for a new opportunity with a high technology Franklin County company?
