Robotic Weld Tech Position- 3rd Shift in Ionia, MI
Reports to Maintenance Manager
Setup, Teaching, Troubleshooting, and Adjusting of Robotic Welding Equipment
*Operating manual and robotic welding equipment
*Testing and Debugging of robot programs
*Maintaining automated and robotic manufacturing methods and process
- Checking quality, inspecting welds and conducting tests to ensure welds meet or exceed standards
*Test and Evaluate Equipment
*Assist Maintenance with job duties as required. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
*HS Diploma/GED, Associates Degree or equivalent from two year college or techinical school or six months to one year of related work experience/training, or education and experience.
*Knowledge of Fanuc robots & robot controls (perform adjustments to robot and weld) points
*Knowledge of welding standards
