Operator Associate

We are looking for a Operator Associate to join our Coatings team in Greenville, OH.

BASF's Coatings division is a global expert in the development, production and marketing of innovative and sustainable automotive OEM and refinish coatings, decorative paints as well as applied surface treatments for metal, plastic and glass substrates in a wide range of industries. This portfolio is supplemented by "Beyond Paint Solutions", which enable new applications with innovative surfaces.

As an Operator Associate for the Coatings Division, you will be responsible for the safe manufacture of products and intermediates at the Greenville site. This includes operation of chemical processing equipment such as reactors, blend vessels, filtration systems and packaging systems.

During your 8-hour or 12-hour shift as a Operator Associate, you will

• Ensure safe operation of plant equipment with strict adherence to operating procedures
• Contribute to a high-performance, self-managed operations team
• Work rotating shifts with minimal supervision
• Read, record, and interpret data to make corrective adjustments when needed
• Work effectively with others to ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Operate mobile equipment
• Maintain area housekeeping to a high standard

If you...

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of manufacturing/production experience required
