TEKsystems Loan Documentation Specialist in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Description:

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for reviewing 10-20 loan files at a time

  • thoroughly review the documents in the file and compare with information that is in various computer systems

  • Verify that all information is accurate and valid before passing on for disbursement

  • if something is missing in the file, will send communication to dealership or credit union via email

  • flag any information that is out of compliance

  • not a phone oriented position, but will occasionally have to call a credit union or dealership to clear up information

Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast paced, high volume data entry position

  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience in administrative, banking, data entry, or dealership experience

  • Proficiency within Excel (ability to edit spreadsheets, track information correctly, and utilize different tabs

NICE TO HAVE

  • Previous auto loan experience, ideally processing

  • Previous banking or consumer experience with processing

  • Customer service experience in a banking or financial services setting
