Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in Gregory, TX . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35.50/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Read blueprints and schematic drawings
Working in confined spaces
Installing machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings
Dismantle machines using hammers, wrenches, crowbars and other hand tools
Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers and trucks
Assemble and install equipment such as shafting conveyors and tram rails using hand and power tools
Cut and install hangers
Transport and unload materials, tools, equipment and supplies
May assist in rigging, lifting, positioning and securing of materials and work pieces during installation
Perform minor maintenance or cleaning activities
Requirements
Must be an NCCER certified millwright
Minimum of 4+ years experience in the field
