Description
Robert Half is partnering with a local Portland area family law firm in their search for a Sr. Paralegal to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a family law paralegal to join a growing and supportive team that takes the utmost care of their employees by providing continued education and a positive work environment. A successful candidate in this role will have experience supporting and collaborating with family law attorneys, mentoring Paralegals or an interest to step into a mentorship role, and, providing excellent care to clients from the beginning to the end of their case.
The salary range for this position is 70k - 100k depending on experience. Benefits include medical and dental, retirement plan, 12 days PTO + paid sick + paid holidays, CLE's paid by firm for continued education, and bonus opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience handling divorce cases
Experience e-filing in OR state
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Experience with calendaring and trial prep
