Role Summary:

This role is expected to assist our Law & Compliance Centre of Excellence (CoE) team and project managers with specific administrative tasks related to assigned projects. The position will report to a Project Manager and is expected to be self driven, involving regular interaction with business, law & compliance Leadership. The role shall organize and communicate all the details of projects, specific assignments or tasks to project team members and stakeholders, and serve as a liaison between those team members, stakeholders and the project manager.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, timely and efficient. Strong english written and verbal communication skills, decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and demonstrating ability to:

· Work around different time zones

· occasionally put in long hours to meet critical business deadlines

· meet constant demands of prompt turn around and high quality results at short notice from senior leadership

Primary Duties:

Secondary duties

· Responsible for supporting PM with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects.

· Working together with local/regional teams for execution of Legal & Compliance transitions/projects, ensuring successful delivery within project scope and timelines.

· Proactively identify and address risks, while also managing client relationships to promptly address concerns and ensure ongoing satisfaction, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary.

· Assist with drafting the all the communication on project and project status to all participants.

· Work with the Project Manager and Core group to eliminate blockers.

· Ensure transition documents like transition intake, business case, internal matrix, go-live sign-offs etc. are duly maintained.

· Meeting Management Support:

· Assist in scheduling meetings with stakeholders like the regional readouts, regular connects

· Making sure participants list is updated and ensure responses/acceptance before meeting start date.

· Taking detailed minutes, follow up on actionable items and deadlines

· Assist in CoE engagement activities and administrative support.

· Collate data from different sources

· Organizing and preparing reports (using excel and Powerpoint)

Required Skills:

· Project coordinator skills – excellent organizational skill, execution as per the project plan and documentation support

· Technical knowledge such as proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PPT (Knowledge of PowerBi, MS Project and Visio will be an added advantage)

· Ability to multitask, adjust and prioritize according to changing needs

· Experts skills with e-mail and calendar/scheduling software applications

· Team player with interpersonal & problem solving skills

Competencies

· Extremely strong English Communication Skills (written and verbal)

· Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels

· Ability to quickly build, manage and sustain relationships virtually and across international geographies

· An extremely methodical and structured work approach

· Strong data driven and logical orientation
