Primary Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices using Java.Develop and maintain single-page applications (SPAs) using ReactJS, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

Testing and Debugging: Implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability and quality.Debug and resolve issues, ensuring smooth functionality of both backend microservices and frontend SPAs.

API Development and Integration: Develop RESTful APIs for communication between microservices and frontend applications.Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver features.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.

Deployment and CI/CD: Set up and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.Ensure reliable and rapid delivery of software updates and features.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of microservices and SPAs to ensure high availability and responsiveness.Implement caching, load balancing, and other performance-enhancing techniques.

Security: Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities and threats.Ensure secure communication between microservices and frontend applications.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.Document development processes and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices related to microservices and SPA development.Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java, ReactJS, microservices, and SPA development.Continuously improve skills through self-learning, training, and professional development.

Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Proactively address potential issues before they become critical problems.

These responsibilities ensure that a developer with 4 years of experience can effectively contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality microservices and single-page applications using Java and ReactJS.

Required Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)

Minimum 4+ years of experience

Have expertise in application development using either Java or ReactJS, or both

Testing experience in JUnit/Spock/Groovy

Solid Java programming (JDK1.8) experience

Experience in Web services- Restful

Experience in using Junit/Spock

Experience working with the CI/CD and DevOps goal/initiatives

Experience of working in a global environment

Experience on Eclipse/IntelliJ Idea and JBoss

Hands on with Core Java/ J2ee (Spring, Hibernate, MVC)

Good working knowledge in SPRING Framework & Spring MVC

Hands on with any of the IDE (IntelliJ/Eclipse/RAD etc.)

Hands on with Rest based web services

Hands on with React JS/React Native

Hands on with SQL queries and MySQL experience

Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts

Very good in development of applications using Spring Core, Spring JDBC, Rest Web services & MySQL DB.

Good working knowledge in SPRING Framework

Should possess sound knowledge of SDLC processes.

Proficient in use of application servers preferably Jboss

Proven excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

Proven good communication and presentation skills

Proven good attitude and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Jquery/JSP/HTML5/CSS

Experience working on Spring Boot, RabbitMQ & JBoss

Experience working on Microservices

Experience in Subversion, GIT & Maven

Experience of working in Agile environment

Experience of Code Quality Tools like Sonar, Checkstyle, Findbug

Experience of working on DevOps and related toolsets

Healthcare domain experience in Provider/Claim/Member

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
