How you’ll spend your day
Involved in new product scale up, process validation and commercialization by following TAPI Technology Transfer Policy and meeting regulatory requirements.
Study of process of new molecules, Generation of kinetics & collection of data’s based on lab scale batches & R&D/Technology transfer dept.’s Outputs etc.
Improvement in the yield, efficiency and cost effectiveness of developed API's by introducing new technologies and development of process.
Observe the R&D experiment and give suggestion to modify the process keeping plant issues.
Preparation of development report & technology transfer documents after pilot plant trails.
Adoption of new technology in scale up to make process more user and environment friendly.
Coordinating with Production, QA, QC, Utility & Maintenance, Raw Material Stores and R&D.
Process optimization & De-bottlenecking, solvent loss optimization Energy saving & cost Reduction activities.
Scaling up & designing of Process Equipment like Heat exchangers, Condensers Distillation Columns, Absorbers etc.
Preparation of process Flow Diagram, P&ID, Equipment Layout & Specification sheets of Various Equipment’s.
Support commissioning of new equipment & Qualification documents of new equipment (DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ).
