The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Procurement processes, including purchasing, procurement, inventory management, invoice processing, and payments

Your role and responsibilities

We seek a seasoned SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) Lead Consultant to drive our S/4HANA transformation project. This role requires an individual with deep expertise in SAP P2P processes, such as purchasing, procurement, invoice management, and payment systems, to spearhead our digital evolution while fostering a culture of innovation and client value creation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, and execution of customized SAP P2P processes tailored to our S/4HANA transformation, ensuring alignment with IBM's Impact framework.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and transform these into impactful SAP P2P strategies.

  • Customize SAP P2P modules, encompassing MM (Materials Management to meet our specific business goals.

  • Create detailed specifications for tailored enhancements within SAP P2P workflows, leveraging IBM's Lean methodology for efficiency.

  • Orchestrate comprehensive testing and training sessions for SAP P2P processes and systems, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

  • Deliver consistent system support and routine maintenance for SAP P2P solutions, adhering to IBM's stringent service delivery standards.

Required technical and professional expertise

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent academic background.

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP P2P processes, encompassing purchasing, procurement, invoice management, and payments.

  • Proven track record of leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and making significant contributions to client transformations.

  • In-depth understanding of SAP MM coupled with hands-on experience in their customization and configuration.

  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, supported by a demonstrated commitment to IBM's data-driven decision-making culture.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills, showcasing the ability to thrive both independently and within a team setting, aligned with IBM's values of respect, integrity, and inclusion.
