Job Description
Integrated into the information systems (IS) department and affiliated with the Area Manager EU, the Area manager intern will take responsibility for some tasks of the Area Manager role.
Various internal IT Projects need to be coordinated with the business. Business IT requirements have to be captured and followed up with the central IT department. The intern participates in projects and may also take the lead of an internal project.
Complementary Description
Your main tasks will be:
• Assist and advise the business on the use of solutions
• Follow up the IT internal KPI and help to fulfill the Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Participate in the onsite support activities
• Participate in integration/production deliveries
• Develop and perform unit tests/integration tests
• Management of evolutionary and corrective maintenance
• Participate in the business requirement dossier creation, interview project manager and capture the IT needs. If necessary, contacting the customer's IT departement to gather their requirements and possible solutions
• Participate in training
• Follow the IT department's good project management practices and contribute to its development and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
-You are enrolled as a student for Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in the field of computer engineering or similar with focus on information systems
You are highly proficient with Sharepoint and Microsoft Office 365
You have excellent interpersonal & organizational skills, you are an engaged team player and well structured.
You master collaborative tools and the pedagogical ability to build team skills
