About the role
As a motivated Junior Account and Data Management Analyst you will learn about and perform all aspects of Market Mapping for the business line Fluorine, focusing on data management and business analysis
You will be accountable for:
Sales management activities for European customers
Gather information for distribution forecast as well as prepare statistics on planning and target deviations
Management of sample request and perform all related administrative tasks
Ensure accurate recording of the database and customer master data
Follow-Up customer complaints and closure
Main price lists and analyze price deviations
Support for all quality documentation
Assisting and monitoring of operational / performance controllings
About you
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in commercial, business administration and/or chemistry
First experience (e.g. internship) with commercial tasks and in the field of accounting is a plus
English fluent, German advanced
Strong customer orientation
Analytic and structuring skills
Good communication and team-working skills
High affinity to IT, very good knowledge of MS-Office (strong command of Excel ; SAP as a plus)
Open mindedness
Hands-on mentality
