Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Manager – Financial Services and Professional Group (FSPG) to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities:

Growth and Sales

  • Key leadership role in the design and delivery of client and revenue growth plans

  • Accountable for executing the in-country FSPG plan and focused on sales and growth.

  • Leading, managing and executing the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.

  • Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.

  • Coordinate, align and focus best resources to pipeline opportunities.

  • Stay on track and increase year on year client retention ratio.

  • Develop and co-lead to win new large accounts.

  • Drive business development best practice, including but not limited to industry research and (LMP) local market planning

    Client Ownership

  • Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.

  • Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.

  • Developing and maintaining a client relationship and build upon new business relations

  • Drive improvement by providing thought leaderships on client and commercial issues as well as developing talent and capability within business units

    Operational Excellence

  • Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform.

  • Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.

  • Managing & supervising the team on day to day operations to ensure Operation Excellence KPIs achieved

  • Establish processes and measures for monitoring and maintaining standards of business conduct consistent with Aon’s Code of Business Conduct.

    Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with the leadership of CRHA that facilitates and encourages collaboration and DAU opportunities.

  • Build on the strengths of the team

  • Acting as support and escalation points for team members.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • University Degree and above

  • At least 05 - year experience at Account Management/Client Management role , preferably in Insurance Sector

  • Autonomy and confidence managing your own portfolio

  • Proven achievement of aggressive sales targets with strong business development capability and is a results-driven individual

  • Strong business acumen and has a credibility to liaise with and communicate effectively with key stakeholders

  • Excellent in client relationship management and/or project management

  • Excellent analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills

  • Client orientation and enjoys providing solutions that impact on clients’ business results

  • Fluent in English
