Aerotek Machine Operator in Hanover, Pennsylvania
Job Posting: CNC Machinist
Shifts Available: 2nd and 3rd Shift
Pay:$27.48/hr + $0.75 shift differential
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machinery to produce aerospace and industrial shaft seals and piston rings.
Work with various metals, primarily titanium and 410-stainless steel, to mill, turn, and bore parts.
Transition between operations as needed.
Follow oral and written instructions, blueprints, sketches, and process sheets.
Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure conformance to standards.
Maintain records and paperwork.
Keep work areas neat, safe, clean, and orderly.
Report any problems or difficulties to supervision.
Adhere to all plant safety rules, regulations, and company policies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57158.40 - $57158.40/yr.
PAID HOLIDAYS -- 12 holidays per calendar year and 2 personal holidays per Union contract year
VACATION – 2 weeks’ of vacation after completing 6-months of employment; vacation resets on 1/1 of each calendar year
RETIREMENT/401(K) PLAN – Option to invest your contributions on a Pre-tax or Roth (After-tax) basis. Automatic enrollment at 3% unless you elect differently.
Automatic 3% company contribution into your account on a per pay period basis (regardless of your
participation, 1 year vesting)
HEALTH CARE BENEFITS (effective 1st of month following or coincident with date of hire)
