ManpowerGroup Maintenance Mechanic (Direct Hire) in Hanover, Pennsylvania
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic (Direct Hire)
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $30 to $33.60
Shift : 3rd shift, 10pm-6am
What's the Job?
Troubleshoot, repair, install, and set up various machines and equipment.
Perform millwright work, including the repair and installation of piping and gas systems.
Conduct welding tasks, including arc, gas, and submerged arc welding.
Maintain and repair hydraulic equipment and perform general building maintenance.
Operate and maintain various tools and machinery related to maintenance work.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED.
A minimum of four years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
Manual dexterity to operate machinery and equipment effectively.
Strong communication skills to report on equipment status and maintenance needs.
