TEKsystems Call Center Customer Service Representative in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative for a nationwide leader in transportation mobility payments. This organization is committed to providing exceptional service to their customers and fostering long-term growth and professional development for its team members.

Position Overview: As a Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include handling customer account maintenance and addressing account changes, adjustments, and statement requests. You’ll also be responsible for accurately explaining terms, conditions, and policies related to customer accounts.

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Ability to work from home after 90 working days)

Shift(s): 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, 9:00 am, 5:30 pm, or 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Pay rate: $17/HR to start

July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience: 3-6 months of high-level customer service and/or administrative experience.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with account changes, adjustments, and statement requests.

  • Provide accurate information regarding terms, conditions, and policies related to customer accounts.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while assisting customers.
