Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has an exciting opportunity, for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to polish your skills as an HR professional!
Human Resource (HR) Generalist Responsibilities:
Interviewing and Onboarding new employees.
Responsible for Orientation of new hires including electronic and paper file maintenance.
Sourcing and recruiting candidates.
Responsible for supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives at the site.
Additional general HR department duties as assigned.
Human Resource (HR) Generalist Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Interviewing and Onboarding experience, for healthcare professionals preferred.
Strong communication skills with front line staff and senior leadership.
Ability to work with limited direction from others.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment managing multiple items.
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Knowledge/experience with SmartLinx would be a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail.
