AAA Central Penn Manager, Insurance Operations in HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania

AAA Central Penn *is searching for a key innovator to serve as our *Manager, Insurance Operations. This role will be responsible for the deployment, management, mentoring and development of sales and service team members as well as managing carrier relationships, systems, marketing, and department/branch relations.
Areas of responsibility for the Manager, Insurance Operations will include:
- Execute department vision, strategy, and growth objectives within the framework of AAA Central Penn's values with intent to consistently meet or exceed profit and revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales and service professionals while also managing carrier relationships, systems, marketing, and department/branch relations.
- Oversight for agency compliance with PA Department of Insurance regulations, insurance carrier guidelines, and AAA Inc. policies.
- Research new carriers/products and technologies making recommendations and/or taking appropriate actions as it relates to carrier management, support, performance/product analysis, and expansion; evaluate and enforce staff carrier and agency compliance.
- Gather pertinent information; generate reports to identify trends and courses of action; interpret data and make necessary adjustments/changes to meet and/or exceed agency and Club strategic goals.
- Review and evaluate current workflow processes and procedures; make recommendations and implement changes to ensure the unit is operating efficiently and effectively; document to ensure consistent application of process/procedure.
The Manager, Insurance Operations, will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field as well as five years' sales experience. A total of 10 years' insurance sales/marketing experience may be substituted for a degree. The Manager, Insurance Operations, will possess 5 -- 7 years' managerial experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities from both a tactical and strategic perspective.
