JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Planner - R3873 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Responsibilities: * Assist in maintaining tracking system for all work orders * At the direction of the Maintenance Area Manager will act as a liaison to outside vendors * Maintains machine center repair manuals/schematics * Assist others in the training of EAM use as needed * Assist maintenance personnel in the look up or review of computer systems, as needed. * Work with shift leadership and different departments scheduling day to day repairs (PM) * Coordinate with shift leadership and Scheduling to insure all work orders are completed timely while minimizing production disruption * Assist with maintenance of building interior and exterior infrastructure * Facilitate Maintenance Department SQPC meetings on a daily basis * Suggest and discuss worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, and equipment use * Support Maintenance Area Manager ensuring maintenance spend stays within budget * As needed, effectively oversee maintenance personnel to ensure that all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently in accordance with plant procedures and local, state and federal regulations * Establish maintenance staff schedule as necessary * Enter requisitions for parts and maintain parts room to ensure adequate inventory and organization * Ability to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment as necessary Perform other tasks and duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: * Requires a broad knowledge of controls and mechanisms * CMMS experience with Maintenance Module is preferred * Outlook, Excel, Word computer skills * The ability to work in a team environment, which includes being self-motivated, accepting responsibilities, completing assigned action items, and participating in a proactive manner in all team events. Written and verbal communication skills required Required Competencies and other Requirements * Electrical/mechanical installation and maintenance on industrial equipment * Read a tape measure/ruler * Good mathematical skills * Electrical print, schematic and blueprint reading * Demonstrated electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills * Effective interpersonal skills * Technical Associates degree or equivalent required * Ability to obtain and maintain forklift and aerial lift license * Ability to work flexible schedule to provide leadership support as needed * Heavy lifting up to 75 lbs (if over 50 lbs ask for assistance) * Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and climbing * Exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://tinyurl.com/5yzds9wt Other: Applicants ONLY to apply via URL link provided!
