Work Environment
Our facility operates across multiple shifts with differential pay rates, including a $2 night shift differential and a $1.50 pay increase upon permanent hire. The work environment is a brand new, 210,000 square foot facility, temperature-controlled and GMP certified, offering a clean and well-lit setting with a commitment to sustainability. Safety gear including steel-toed boots, eye and ear protection, hard hats, and high visibility vests are required.
