This role is for a person that is a strategic thinker, an operational leader, and believer in servant leadership who has a deep passion to partner hand in hand with the business. They're also required to be a change agent who drives the growth and effectiveness of the organization. Who you are A promoter of a positive and inclusive workplace culture in all plants A mediator in resolving conflicts and disputes between employees or between employees and management Someone who has an even balance of risk management and can successfully work in the grey at times What you'll do Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives Partner with Operations and Corporate business leaders to build a culture of radical candor and continuous improvement Create lasting building blocks for team member satisfaction and internal growth of exempt and nonexempt populations Application Note: Clemens Food Group is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search or staffing firms. Education Bachelors (preferred)
