Responsibilities
A production supervisor oversees and coordinates manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes and meet production goals. They manage and lead a team of production workers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance. Quality control, adherence to safety standards, and optimization of resources are key responsibilities. They also play a role in training employees, implementing process improvements, and maintaining production records to support operational excellence and meet organizational objectives
