NORTHWEST CONNECTION FAMILY RESOURC Child Care & Family Support Consultant in HAYWARD, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Conduct recruitment events, provide guidance on child care regulation benefits, and offer technical assistance. - Offer comprehensive support, including navigation of early care and education systems with technical assistance on regulatory standards for certification and pre-licensing. - Deliver high-quality evidence-based training in various modalities for regulated and unregulated child care providers. - Provide family support through evidence-based education and navigation services to families in our community. - Develop reporting strategies, produce reports for funders, counties and community partners, and assist with data computation. - Additional assignments as needed based on program direction. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Knowledge of early care and education systems, child development, and best practices (e.g., Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards and The Pyramid Model for Social and Emotional Competence). - Experience presenting to diverse groups, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Be accurate and detail-oriented, with competent skills as it relates to case management entry. - Other Requirements: Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, successful criminal background check, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mail a Rsum: 15896 W 3rd Street Hayward, WI 54843 E-Mail a Rsum: kathy.mullally@ncfrwi.net Other: Applicants can apply by sending a cover letter and resume to kathy.mullally@ncfrwi.net or Northwest Connection Family Resource 15896 W 3rd Street, Hayward WI 54843
