Arc Herkimer Store Supervisor in Herkimer, New York

Arc Herkimer is looking for energetic and motivated Store Supervisor to work at our Goods Store.  The Store Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the retail store and supporting activities to optimize store revenues and savings, improve productivity, and ensure delivery of outstanding service to customers.

Rate of pay- $16.00/hr

40 Hours/Week- shift varies and may include days, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. 

Activities/duties include: 

  • Display merchandise according to store procedures

  • Direct workload of employees

  • Register/Cashier duties

  • Adhere to guidelines for pricing

  • Handle funds

  • Assist store donors

Position requirements: 

  • High school diploma/GED required

  • One year supervisory experience required

  • One year retail experience required
