Robert Half Billing Clerk in Highlands Ranch, Colorado
Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colorado. The individual will be a part of a team where they will handle customer applications, maintain customer records and resolve inquiries. They will also be aiding in heavy data entry with updating of a new internal platform. Assisting with light journal entries and AR is needed. This role is fully onsite, Monday - Friday 8-5pm and will start next week!
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle customer credit applications
• Keep an accurate record of customer credit
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
• Use Accounting Software Systems to carry out billing functions
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial transactions
• Implement Computerized Billing for accuracy and efficiency
• Work with EHR Systems for medical record handling
• Carry out accounting functions using Caselle software.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in Billing procedures
• Knowledge of Billing Functions
• Familiarity with Caselle software
