Google Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with structuring storylines for presentations, starting with insights and then using them to develop materials.

  • Experience in consulting to provide strategic advice to help advertisers.

  • Experience in advertising sales and media account management, including successful client engagement and consistent business growth.

  • Ability to leverage your business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.

  • Ability to work towards strategic business goals.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various executive and non-executive levels, including senior marketing leaders.

  • Manage a portfolio of businesses and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.

  • Collaborate within the team, aligning workflow among team members to execute plans and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience to Google's partners and clients.

  • Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.

  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.

  • Identify key client stakeholders and consult with customers proactively on calls and in person to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
