About SAP Labs Network and SAP Labs Vietnam

SAP Labs Network is the global R&D setup where over 55,000 engineers around the world create, operate and support the most innovative enterprise solutions for SAPs customers worldwide. What You'll Do

We are looking for a Development Manager to build up, lead and develop our brand-new engineering team in H Ch Minh City, hiring the best people from within and outside the company.

You will create an environment of continuous learning and improvement and actively identify and resolve issues within the team. You will set SMART job goals for team members, inspire, coach and support them towards accomplishing these goals, provide continuous feedback and evaluate goal achievement in a fair and understandable way. You will ensure tight collaboration and integration of related teams by building a personal network and fostering communication between the teams. You will craft action plans based on the strategy and make operational decisions on policies, tactics and resources. You will be the voice of the team and representing them within the organization and towards customers and partners.

You are ambitious to drive the success of not only your direct reports, but of all employees within the Business Network organization.

What You Bring

• University degree in business, engineering or science

• Working experience: 8 years

• Strong competence in people management

• Strong counseling, problem solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with lean and agile concepts
