Summary:

Supporting Digital Marketing Manager to drive Digital Marketing implementation.

Drive timely, fact-based business decisions by tracking, analyzing, interpreting, and applying key metrics of Digital Marketing.

Contributing into the Digital Transformation roadmap.

  • Reporting directly to: Digital Marketing Manager

  • High frequency of interaction: Brand teams, Cross Function Teams and external Partners

  • Working location: Melinh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM city.

Core job responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational tasks for digital marketing campaigns together with respective internal and external partners

  • Deliver digital specific Marketing support across all online channels including development and maintenance of owned media: websites, social fanpages/ channels.

  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager on tracking performance of lead generation & D2C campaign daily by working closely with media agency and CRM team.

  • Identify source of growth and improvement of performance media to drive for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Understand our key 1st Party Data, support push to digital channel for accurate targeting purposes.

  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.

  • Assist to improve the digital presence of the company in accordance with market trend

  • Collaborate cross-functional execution team and external partners to deliver the best performance

  • Filed monthly digital spend and report of respective brands.

  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Work Experience :

Industry & Position experiences

  • Familiar with nutrition and FMCG industry marketing is a plus

  • Experienced in understanding target audience insights in purchse making decision and media media behaviors and devising digital thematic and conversion-driven campaigns

  • Experienced in using digital media platforms (Google Adwords, Facebook Business, Google Analytics, Socialbakers, SimilarWeb)

  • Demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining owned media: website, Facebook/ Instagram fanpage, Youtube channel, SIS on ecommerce

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Core Skill Requirement:

Language Skills: English proficient

Computer Skills: able to utilize computer programs: Microsoft Office

Analytical abilities and data-driven thinking

Digital marketing execution : digital marketing platform understanding, digital campaign optimization

Core Trait/Behavior Requirement:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-starter, aggressive for constant improvements

  • Capable of timely and fast, accurate deliverables

  • Strong at adaptability and cross functional team collaboration

  • Strong self-driving and self-promotion

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Above in Marketing or related field is required
