Abbott Incentive Management and Analytics Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Role:

Responsible for incentive management and analyzing key metrics compensation through incentive scheme, calculation and standard comprehensive dashboard and reports which will support payout compliance and strategic decisions by using quality incentive data.

Key Responsibilities:

Incentive & Award Management:

  • Understand business flows to co-work with Comex Team and vendor to planning & validation incentive scheme

  • Manage full cycle of incentive: budget planning, update, rLBE, actual, accrual, P2P)

  • Perform incentive & award calculation & collaboration with C&B team to have on-time payout incentive

  • Communicate the performance, incentive & award to field force user

  • Governance incentive process: validation, execution, communication, payout, documentation, audit

  • Competitors Review/Market analysis: research competitor compensation & conduct market analysis

Sales, KPI Target control & performance tracking:

  • Work with Comex Team to validate, adjust, communicate the Sales and KPI target to field force user

  • Perform the performance tracking and validation

  • integrations.

Performance, Incentive & Award Analytics:

  • Performance validation data for goal sheet

  • Performance, Incentive & Award analytics

  • PDP Data Validation

Incentive System Management

  • Manage the Incentive System Management: configuration incentive & award scheme on system, ingest the target setting on system

  • Maintenance incentive & award schema monthly/quarterly/half-year/annually

  • Manage vendor's hotline/helpdesk services of Incentive System

Qualifications:

Working Experience

  • At least 5-year relevant experience in in nutrition, pharma, FMCG or consulting industry

  • At least 3-year relevant experience incentive managerial role in managing business or data analytics functions

Education

  • BA or MA degree in business administration, analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, or accounting/finance

Core skills

  • Advanced Excel, Excel Power Query, Pivot, Model, Excel VBA, Access

  • Prefer: SQL, Data modeling, DAX, Power BI, Qlik

  • Strategic and logical thinking

  • Business and financial acumens

  • Quantitative and analytical skills

  • Innovation and problem solving

  • Project management and time management (multi-tasking)

  • Learning agility

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • System thinking

  • Designing, deploying, and managing incentive scheme

  • Basic/Intermediate communication and presentation in English at all working levels
