​Mục đích công việc:

• Hoàn thành tốt công việc được giao

• Đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt chất lượng và sản lượng đạt yêu cầu

• Tuân thủ các nguyên tắc HSE, GMP, an ninh, các nguyên tắc đạo đức

Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Vận hành máy đúng theo đúng qui trình

• Thực hiện các công việc sản xuất đúng theo hồ sơ lô, qui trình

• Thực hiện vệ sinh thiết bị, phòng sản xuất đúng tần suất

• Thực hiện dọn quang dây chuyền, sạch sẽ.

• Ghi chép hồ sơ lô, phiếu vệ sinh, sổ giờ máy, nhiệt độ, áp suất phòng đầy đủ kịp thời

• Để bao bì, thành phẩm, vật dụng, xe đẩy ngăn nắp đúng vị trí theo 5S

• Sử dụng đúng loại nguyên liệu, bao bì cho lô sản phẩm

• Báo cáo kịp thời cho quản lý khi có sự thay đổi hoặc có bất thường trong ca

• Bảo quản thiết bị nhà xưởng, thông báo cho quản lý khi bị hư hỏng

• Giữ vệ sinh nơi làm việc, lối đi và phòng thay trang phục sạch sẽ

• Chịu trách nhiệm với số lượng thành phẩm, bán thành phẩm làm ra, không để thất thoát tại dây chuyền sản xuất

• Thực hiện nghiêm túc các qui định công ty, các nguyên tắc GMP, Lean

• Tuân thủ các quy định và chính sách của HSE

• Thực hiện công việc khác khi có yêu cầu

Trình độ học vấn:

• Tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông. Ưu tiên trung cấp/ cao đẳng kỹ thuật, dược

Kinh nghiệm liên quan:

• Ưu tiên làm trong môi trường sản xuất
