As Social Media Manager, you are an expert on Social strategic planning & execution supported by multi-agencies and accountable for P&G Vietnam social strategy & its network.

  1. Digital Media Planning Strategy & Performance Optimization
  • Supervise P&G social strategy and group of social advocators including KOLs, Creators, MCNs, Affiliate Network.

  • Be accountable for social campaign planning & coordinate agency campaign creation & delivery as well as audience creation, campaign set up, execution, tagging/trafficking creative assets and reporting across social media channels.

  1. Media Data & Targeting Strategy
  • Understand and implement data strategy for targeting in partnership with the team. Keep up to date on targeting capabilities and available data.

  • Partner to develop digital media journeys, on-ramps, and audience strategies to deliver highly targeted, premium, and relevant media programs.

  1. Social Media Innovation
  • Be a social expert and thought leader for the team. Understand the latest developments in social from meeting with suppliers, industry news, attending industry events, etc.

  • Lead learning agendas across several brands, inclusive of measuring, optimizing, and disseminating findings to the broader organization.

  • Collaborate with the broader media team to build capability and/or make strategic shift recommendations within platforms.

  1. Relationship Management
  • Be responsible for the relationship with social platforms develop plans to maximize value for P&G Beauty. Guide our partners to ensure campaigns are delivering in line with Brand goals and objectives.

  • Work closely with Brand, Media and Technology teams to act as the tactical social media subject matter expert and ensure the technical capabilities needed to enable and optimize media plans are implemented. Train other team members in various parts of social campaign strategy, management, and analytics.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in relating majors

  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in the industry or similar positions

  • Lead and build the social core team with self-learning drive in latest trend in social and digital landscape

  • Able to influence and engage business leaders with insights and strategies

  • High bar on pull content from idea to delivery with excellent project execution skills

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Agency management: Engage, energize and enable agencies to identify opportunities for service improvements

  • Good communication and presentation skills to explain complex information internally/externally

  • Excellent verbal and writing communication in local language & strong English communication
