Summary of the Assembly position:
- Location: Holdrege, NE
- Pay: $17.50/hour
- Shift: 1st shift, 6 AM - 4:45 PM
Job Description: As an Assembly team member, you will perform entry-level repetitive bench or line assembly operations to manufacture various products and components including portable light towers, generators, heaters and more. Your responsibilities will include bolting, clipping, screwing and fastening parts together according to process manuals and work order instructions.
Requirements for the Assembly position:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use a variety of hand and air tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
- Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
- Must be capable of lifting 25-50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 70 pounds
- Steel-toed boots
