Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Hollywood, Florida

Description We are offering a unique opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hollywood, Florida. This role revolves around administrative duties, including data entry, email correspondence, and document organization. The position is set within the telecom provider industry and promises a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

• Ensure efficient data entry in MS Excel, including resident information and lease details.

• Manage electronic documents and files, including scanning lease documents and moving documents into Dropbox.

• Maintain and update databases or tracking systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Assist with various administrative projects as needed, often requiring the use of Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications.

• Utilize Dropbox effectively for file organization and document management.

• Communicate professionally via email, ensuring all correspondence is accurate and timely.

• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.

• Train on all necessary systems and processes, demonstrating computer savviness and an ability to learn quickly.

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and requires skills in Administrative Assistance, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Spreadsheets, Scanning Documents, and Dropbox. Requirements • Proven experience in an Administrative Assistance role or similar

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and managing Spreadsheets

• Strong skills in Data Entry with high attention to detail

• Experience in Scanning Documents and organizing digital files

• Familiarity with Dropbox or similar file sharing platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• High level of professionalism and discretion for handling confidential information

• Willingness to learn new software and administrative processes as required.
