Seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee operations for a critical automated machinery, ECP-5, which is pivotal in the primer/black coating application on fan blades. This role requires a focused individual to act as the central point for managing program changes, equipment modifications, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of the ECP-5. The successful candidate will be responsible for detailed documentation and effective communication with the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure optimal operation of the machinery.
Hard Skills

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Holt, Michigan.
Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean facility located in Holt. Standard working hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM with the possibility of up to 2 hours of overtime per day as needed. The position requires no travel and is a 1-2 year contract with potential for direct headcount approval.
