Job Responsibilities
Supervises Health Club Receptionists and Pool Lifeguards to maintain service level and the smooth operation of the club facilities including swimming pool, gym and changing room
Work closely with other departments and/or service vendors to ensure smooth operation
Provide training to the Health Club team regarding customer care, work procedures and equipment knowledge
Responsible for the promotion of Club membership
Requirements
At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry
Holder of Diploma in Sports and Recreation Management or equivalent
Holder of Pool Lifeguard Award and First Aid Certificate
Self-motivated, responsible and with good communication skills
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
