Client Services Manager

What the day will look like

  • Provide support in placement activities (collating client placement information, prepare new / renewal quote slips)

  • Provide support in policy admin (follow up policy issuance, data entry, etc)

  • Identify opportunities for process streamlining and improve stakeholder satisfaction

  • Support and collaborate with different teams in development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency

  • Support other activities within Business Support as necessary

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors

  • Provide training for new and junior colleagues

  • Supervise a small team, ensure daily operations runs smoothly and meet agreed turnaround time.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years working experience in General Insurance in broker firm or insurance company(ies)

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered at Assistant Manager level

  • Mature and be a self-starter

  • Good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills

  • Customer oriented, self-motivated and can work under pressure

  • Good analytical skill and detailed minded

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage

  • Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
