Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) and NAs (Nursing Assistants) to join our team. Compensation & Benefits: Successful candidates will receive a competitive hourly salary of $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Employees will also have access to benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide personal care assistance to senior clients in their homes or assisted living facilities, following the care plan developed by our Registered Nurse - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation - Accompany and assist clients with appointments and errands - Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition to the Registered Nurse - Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, following infection control procedures - Comply with all state and federal regulations, as well as Always Best Care policies and procedures - Foster a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families Requirements: - Valid CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii - Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient personality - Ability to work independently and follow guidelines - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC statement: Always Best Care Senior Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
