Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Description

The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in assisting customers from their initial online inquiries or phone calls up to the point of sale, being heavily involved throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries about new and pre-owned vehicle inventory daily via telephone and internet, answering emails, promptly handling incoming sales calls, and determining vehicle needs by engaging with customers. The role also involves recommending vehicle options, keeping updated with new products, making follow-up calls, maintaining a prospect development system, setting appointments, finalizing sales, and occasionally moving vehicles for test drives.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of phone customer service experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Experience in data entry and managing customer service databases

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Horsham, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Work will be conducted at the dealership located in Horsham, PA in a cubicle equipped with a phone and computer setup. The dress code is business casual. Working hours include 9-5pm for two days, 12-8pm for two days per week, and every Saturday from 9-5pm. One weekday off, coordinated with management.
