Pay & Benefits of Data Entry Specialist:

    Responsibilities of Data Entry Specialist :

  • Receive, validate, and process client payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness before uploading into proprietary software.

  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues prior to, during and after the data upload process.

  • Generate and run custom reports from proprietary software to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on reports to ensure data accuracy and report integrity.

  • Manually input and integrate additional data into the software systems from various sources as required.

  • Design and create test datasets to rigorously evaluate new features and updates.

  • Operate collaboratively and effectively as a key member of the technology team.

    Requirements of Data Entry Specialist :

  • GED or High School diploma required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong aptitude for other Microsoft Office tools, as well as Adobe Acrobat.

  • 2 years’ experience in payroll processing.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and tasks effectively with high competence in managing multiple priorities.

  • Ability to collaborate and manage tasks across multiple projects working with various staff members.

  • Capability to broaden the scope of the technical support functions and adapt to emerging responsibilities within the technology team.
